Return Policy
1. Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. Exceptions Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Order that the client order wrongly
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products) Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
3. Exchanges and Refunds To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
